    We are looking for an experienced Electronic Field Technologist to join our team at Ramudden DigitalThe Electronic Field Technologist will install, maintain, and repair the products owned by and distributed by Ramudden Digital both in-house and in the field.

    As a Electronic Field Technologist you will:

    Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsTroubleshoot electrical issuesFollow instructions and designs and use manual and power tools to build electrical enclosures (both AC and DC) as well as mechanical mounting brackets and other assembliesAssist with design of new systems including the creation of drawings in Solidworks3DFulfill customer orders and complete associated paperworkCarefully follow established safety procedures and guidelinesTravel to sites and perform repair and maintenance workProvide Technical Support to ClientsIdentifies, investigates, and resolves users problems with hardware & softwareFields support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding purchased productCommissions and configures systems remotely for clientsOther duties as assigned to meet business and customer needsRamudden – Seeing how to make the world safer, caring enough to make it happen.
