Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Repack Manager with managing the day to day business with DROs which includes, internal forecasting and production planning, communications with crossfunctional partners, creating production schedules.
  • Assist with obsolescence's reduction
  • Bulk and WIP Material supply, planning and corrugate optimization
  • Lead meetings with both internal and external partners to ensure alignment on WIP requirements and production plans
  • Systems Management (MFG Pro) for production reporting, inventory, receipt PO's and D-Reg's.
  • Management of monthly scorecards across both Repack and Co-Manufacturing businesses
  • Be the point of contact for Co-Man/Repack at weekly Innovation meetings and assist in coordinating the innovation process for Co-Man/Repack desks.
  • Coordinate systems set up for new lanes or sites
  • Process development and improvements including support with system set up for new lanes or partners, file improvements and maintenance.
  • Scrum team participation

Qualifications

  • University degree or College, preferably in the area of Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong relationship building, customer service, communication, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Ability to take initiative and followup independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a food distribution or CPG
