Description

Winnipeg Hyundai Service Department is currently looking to fill the full time role of
Service Advisor.


Duties include:

  • Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner in our Service Drive
  • Prepare customer vehicles for repair and park them as necessary
  • Write customer repair orders using DMS system
  • Assist customers with repair requests
  • Verify customer concerns with technicians and communicate needs effectively
  • Obtain or update customer information in database
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Promote required maintenance
  • Communicate with all customers (internal/external) professionally

What we expect from you:

  • Previous advisor experience an asset
  • Strong work ethic
  • Be a team player
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Dependability, reliability, accountability and commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Previous PBS, Service Advisor, and Hyundai experience an asset
