We are seeking a Handy-Person to become a part of our team


Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor residential home repairs including drywall, painting, patching, carpentry, caulking, tiling etc.
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with handheld tools and equipment
• Deadline and detailoriented
• Ability to handle physical workload

Salary:
$30.00-$35.00 per hour
