THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This role would be suitable for someone who has previously worked in a team environment. However, no experience is required as training will be provided.

Full-time: Monday to Saturday (12:15 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.)

Entry-Level Position

Training Provided

As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include the following:

  • Ability to work with a team and lead them to meet monthly targets.
  • Attend daily sales/training meetings.
  • Speak with and share campaign information with customers/donors and/or connecting
them with client products and services.

  • Handle all customer inquiries, reservations and confirmations.
  • Work closely with members of the team to analyze and address their
in-office/in-field needs

  • Train members of staff on sales systems.
  • Handle general office duties.
  • Use Andriod Systems
  • Accept credit card and debit payments
  • File paperwork daily
  • Follow up with all paperwork

Typical Day:


As a member of our team, you will be growing sales, represent our clients and building your own success by knocking on the residential doors of potential customers, evaluating their needs, and connecting them with our clients programs.

Position can lead to advancement from Customer Service Representative position into a Management position.


Salary:
$500.00-$1,000.00 per week
