Project Manager to join our team in Warwick, ON/London, ON..

We are looking for a team player with solid communication skills (both verbal and written). A driven individual with a passion for the contractor environment If you are experienced in civil engineering or construction management, have excellent organizational and analytical skills, and are committed to building strong business relationships with clients and sub-contractors, we have an opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities include:_

  • Prepare construction estimates based on quotations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Create and track construction project schedules.
  • Visit worksites to monitor progress and maintain communication with the Foreman running the site.
  • Assist in preparation of preconstruction and construction services proposals.
  • Examine and analyze tenders and make recommendations.
  • Follow the company cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
  • Liaise, consult, and communicate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Research and analyze cost data for review and presentation.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures while following OHSA and construction regulations.

Required Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience include:_

  • Civil Engineering or Construction Management diploma is an asset.
  • Proven experience in estimating within the civil construction industry.
  • Computer skills and software experience including Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Experience with Bid2Win, Heavy Bid, Acumatica, or Maestro is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Knowledge of MTO book 7 Traffic Control Requirements.
  • Experience with hazard assessments and controls in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
