Description

• Collaborate with data organization managers to ensure appropriate resources for AI product delivery.
• Recruit and cultivate a topperforming MLOps team.
• Establish and uphold client ML development standards and best practices.
• Drive longterm roadmap and deliverables, engaging with engineering and product leadership.
• Facilitate clear communication of strategy and roadmap across the organization.
• Develop processes to optimize team performance and output.
• Create and manage assets, accelerators, and thought leadership for the practice.
• Lead agile pod teams in designing and building cloudhosted ML products with automated pipelines.
• Oversee AI/ML app design and automated model and pipeline adaptation.
• Validate solutions in collaboration with solution architects, data scientists, and data engineers.

• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in MLOps and associated technologies (e.g., Github, GitAction, Splunk, etc.).
• Proven track record in establishing and leading MLOps practices in complex environments.
• Experience coaching and leading agile development teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale AI products.
• Proficiency in data science, statistics, and software engineering.
• Handson experience with CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML development.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
