- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience collaborating with individuals with FASD, or other neurodevelopmental disorders is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support families and individuals.
- Experience working with Indigenous communities and cultural sensitivity in service delivery.
- Knowledge of FASD, its impact on individuals and families, and evidence-based interventions.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to undergo a successful criminal record search.
- Certification in or willing to obtain: First Aid, ASIST, Crisis de-escalation/prevention (CPI), Class 4 Driver's License, Suicide Intervention, Conflict Resolution, Mental Health First Aid.
