Ideal Candidate: - Experienced software engineer and hands-on developer, familiar with modern tech stacks
- Proven ability to produce code that solves complex scalability, business and integration problems
- Proven ability to set a product vision and roadmap
- Experience with recommendation systems and algorithms
- Communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ideally lives in Montreal / East Coast but not a requirement
- AI and Machine Learning
- Experience working in a start up environment
- Preferably with an understanding of sports betting and/or fantasy sports
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of development experience
- Experience in a data and analytics driven environment
