Job Description:


Hourly wage from $17.80/hr

Schedule:
Monday to Saturday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm


Permanent, full-time position (total of 40 hours / week)

Office work only (no hybrid mode)

Reporting to the
Call Centre Supervisor, the
Call Center Agent is the direct link between our customers and the company.

As an
Call Center Agent, you will have the pleasure of:


  • Respond to
    incoming calls from customers seeking information on the prices and operation of our various sites.
  • Guide clients to the website.
  • Listen, understand and resolve client needs.
  • Effectively communicate and respond to
    written and
    verbal questions and comments.
  • Creating and maintaining record of daily issues and actions taken using the tools provided.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of one year's experience in
    customer service or in an
    call center position
  • Microsoft Suite Products (word, excel etc.)
  • Ability to comply with
    call center procedures and standards
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Reliability, diligence and punctuality
