Objectives

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide accounting and Clerical support
Enter and maintain precise and accurate records of payable and receivables
Enter key data of financial transactions into ERP software
Reconcile any irregularities in financial transactions
Work collaboratively with other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances
Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed
Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments
Other finance and administrative duties as required.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Calculation of monthly rebates by vendors and customers
Monthly posting of Amortization for fixed assets and maintaining fixed asset continuity schedule.
Monthly posting of prepaid expenses and maintaining continuity schedule.
Monthly posting of Loans payments and continuity schedules.

Qualifications and Requirements

2 plus years of accounting and finance experience.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
Accurate and efficient data entry skills are essential.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment.
