Essential Qualifications:


  • Experience working with end users
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving capabilities
  • Excellent customer service and English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Degree or Diploma in an ITrelated field
  • Minimum 2 years of related IT work experience
  • Troubleshooting of router, LAN / WAN configuration, port testing, & link testing for network connectivity
  • Indepth knowledge of Windows server and desktop operating systems
  • Windows 10, Windows Server
  • Management of Firewalls and Network security
  • Indepth knowledge of Cloud technologies and Cloud infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license and be willing to travel mostly within Calgary area
  • Oncall rotation including evenings, weekends and holidays
