Essential Qualifications:
- Experience working with end users
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving capabilities
- Excellent customer service and English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Degree or Diploma in an ITrelated field
- Minimum 2 years of related IT work experience
- Troubleshooting of router, LAN / WAN configuration, port testing, & link testing for network connectivity
- Indepth knowledge of Windows server and desktop operating systems
- Windows 10, Windows Server
- Management of Firewalls and Network security
- Indepth knowledge of Cloud technologies and Cloud infrastructure
- Working knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license and be willing to travel mostly within Calgary area
- Oncall rotation including evenings, weekends and holidays
