Job description
Our Technology Department supports and drives the digital transformation of the Akelius business in four countries worldwide.


In your role as _Product Manager_
, you will be part of our product team that will shape and develop state of the art internal products to offer the best customer experience and improve the company's performance.

You will be working closely with our internal development teams, product unit and operative business globally.

You will take a key role within the tenancy products to offer digital processes to our
prospective tenants and tenants.
- analyze business processes and define requirements
- considering the global picture for streamlining global processes throughout regions and cities
- support strategic decision making and business transformation across the Akelius group
- actively collaborates with development team and responsive for any upcoming questions from colleagues and development team
- transferring business requirements into tickets/user stories and manages product backlog
- creates roadmap and milestones
- pro actively improve and develop products
- collect feedback from users and stakeholders to define improvement potentials and new features
- ensures transparent communication within the project group, stakeholders, users
- coordinating the feature release and the roll out
- conduct staff trainings and create education material


Who you are

  • 3 plus years as a product manager, project manager, or business analyst in an agile environment, capable of owning new feature launches from start to finish and collaborating smoothly across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, statistics, computer science or equivalent work experience
- high motivation and engagement for product development and process improvement
- excellent analytical abilities with strong user empathy and awareness motivated by qualitative and quantitative research methods to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- excellent written and spoken communication in English, other language skills are considered a plus
- put focus on supporting team interaction, boosting motivation and value contributions
- positivity, professional maturity, enthusiasm, and team spirit
- creativity and an out-of-the-box thinking approach - passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- you are willing to travel internationally
