Description

The Cross Product Technology Organization is looking for a Project Manager that will be part of the Program Management team, delivering initiatives for Client Portal related projects within the Institutional Client Group.

The role will be responsible for establishing governance procedures that will help the project teams to initiate, plan, execute and close projects in adherence to Citi's Program and Project Management Policies and Standards.

Responsibilities:

Acts as SME on Citi's Program and Project Management Policies and Standards
Coordinates and disseminates information of Citi's Project Management process, policy and procedure changes.
Applies indepth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues.
Work closely with Organization PMO, Program Managers & project teams to implement an operating model that enable project teams to adhere to Citi's Program and Project Management policies and standards related to but not limited to Release Management Artifacts, Investment Benefits, Process Taxonomy, Information Security Reviews, Architectural Review Board, Project Risk assessment and documentation, Milestone creation and tracking, Stakeholder status reporting, Project Resource Management, Health Checks.
Have a broad and high level understanding of projects in order to effectively facilitate the above mentioned activities.
Assist Program Managers in global functions such as Cross Border and Risk and Controls.
Identifies key stakeholders who participate in project scope definition.
Tracks actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast project costs as needed.
Ensures appropriate project staffing levels.
Liaises with key stakeholders to implement new procedures or clarify any misinterpretation as required.
Regularly undertakes a review of processes, policies and procedures to identify process gaps and recommend process updates/ policy & procedure revisions associated with Program Management Office.
Provides feedback to Project Management leadership regarding risk issues/business cases raised by specific business units
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

Qualifications:

58 years of experience in Project & Program Management
Bachelor's Degree in Technology or Business Administration related field.
Ability to create executive level presentation materials, conveying information in a clear and impactful way
Selfstarter who brings high sense of urgency to assignments and goals
Comfortable with ambiguity and change
Outstanding Communication to provide concise and clear messaging on status, risks and issues, as well as translate governance requirements to project managers and stakeholders
Accomplished change leader, can execute flawlessly in ambiguous and changing environments and demonstrates both a flexible and resilient approach
Must be selfdriven and take a proactive, strategic and methodical approach to managing through change and problemsolving
