Job Summary


As a Recruitment Advisor for HOOPP you will manage the full cycle recruitment process collaborating with business leaders and HR business partners to deliver end to end recruitment solutions.

Reporting to an Associate Director, Recruitment, you will join a high-performing recruitment team, committed to attracting and acquiring top diverse talent for HOOPP.

What you will do:

  • Accountable for conducting a thorough needs analysis of each hiring manager's recruitment needs and documenting into a service level agreement for each search.
  • Ability to manage external agency partnerships as required
  • Coordinates communicates and any other background checks as required.
  • Maintain all relevant information in the applicant tracking system, ensuring integrity of reporting data
  • Updates weekly reporting through metrics provided by the applicant tracking systems

What you bring:

  • Post-Secondary degree or diploma with 3+ years of proven experience in full lifecycle recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting for complex roles in finance and/or risk is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent relationship development, communication, and advisory skills to provide value added consultative service.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills
  • The ability to multitask and juggle multiple searches & projects.
  • A sense of urgency, attention to detail and level of accuracy
  • Experience utilizing ATS such as Workday & performing administrative tasks.
