    Description

    Financial Analyst at BMO Groupe financier

    This role provides a great opportunity to collaborate with various teams within the company, allowing you to expand your network and gain a solid understanding of BMO's different functions. You will closely partner with the business, making a significant impact.

    Our ideal candidate should have experience in FP&A, articulating financial outcomes, meticulous attention to detail, strong engagement with the business, and the capability to challenge stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide solutions and recommendations based on a deep understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
    • Advise and guide the assigned business sector or operation group in implementing solutions.
    • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure consistency among stakeholders.
    • Analyze strategic issues, data, and information to offer insights and recommendations.
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide support for producing financial intelligence sets.
    • Ensure thorough understanding of financial outcomes and their implications.

    Qualifications:

    • Four to six years of relevant work experience with a post-secondary degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Obtained or in the process of obtaining an Accountant title.
    • Technical mastery through education or work experience.
    • Proficiency in oral and written communication - advanced skills.
    • Skills in collaboration and teamwork - advanced skills.
    • Analysis and problem-solving skills - advanced skills.
    • Influence capacity - advanced skills.
    • Data-driven decision-making skills - advanced skills.

    Salary and Benefits:

    Salary Range: $60,000 - $111,700.00

    Compensation Type: Salary

    Salaries will vary depending on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the position. Total compensation offered by BMO may vary based on the remuneration type and could include performance bonuses, discretionary bonuses, and other benefits.
