is currently looking to expand our team with an
experienced construction estimator who can play an instrumental role in estimating & tender submissions.

Previous experience working for General Contractor is required.
Experience estimating Restaurant, Retail & other outlets is a bonus.

Job Description for Construction Estimator:

Analyze drawings and specifications.
Great understanding of construction divisions
Understand contractual terms and conditions.
Assemble accurate and wellorganized estimates and proposals in a timely manner for Stipulated Price, Design-Build and Construction/Project Management formatted projects.
Provide clear detailed quantity take offs.
Organize subcontractors' quotations, negotiate to ensure quotes meet contract documents. And review their scope to ensure nothing is missed.
Assist the Project Team to issue proper documented purchase orders.
Complete Budgeting for projects and track same.
Estimate Change orders and Change directives.
Ensure site personnel are provided with proper documentation related to project.
Work with and deal with concerns of field personnel.
Provide and maintain unit pricing and database for material and labor costing.
Formulate cost break down from estimates and for project progress.
Hunt for new bid opportunities through different bidding portals.
