The Construction Manager's primary role is to organize and supervise all work delivered by sub-trades and provide on-going oversight of "repair" jobs.
Job Location:
Brampton/Etobicoke or Hamilton
This position is responsible for:
- Hiring/selecting, organizing and supervising all work delivered by the subtrades
- Ongoing oversight of the "repair jobs" to ensure quality of work, profitable jobs and a safe environment
- Delivering a high standard of customer service and ensuring alignment with the Homeowner on deliverable expectations before project begins
- Maintaining ongoing communicating with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator to allow for them to communicate with the insurance partners
- Hitting all established profit margin expectations at the time of job completion
Qualifications and Skills:
- Construction or property damage restoration experience
- Job site supervision experience
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Job Types:

$50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
