Overview:
Seeking a Controller with analytical and accounting expertise to manage financial operations, ensure accuracy, and support strategic decision-making in a dynamic industry.
Responsibilities:
- Issue timely invoices for highlevel clients
- Perform monthly reconciliations for financial accuracy
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Analyze expenses, identify costsaving opportunities
- Generate comprehensive monthly financial reports
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for financial data analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA designation highly desirable
- Proven Controller experience in construction dealership
- Proficient in CDK ERP system preferred
- Advanced knowledge of financial analytics and accounting principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented with analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
