Pinterest Virtual Assistant – Canva Pro Template Execution + AI Image Generation

Job description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to create Pinterest pins using our existing Canva Pro templates.
This is primarily execution-based work.You will not be responsible for strategy or advanced graphic design.
Everything is already structured, you simply need to:
- Replace text
- Adjust colors and text size when needed
- Insert images
- Occasionally add simple design elements (icons, shapes, small visual accents)
Additional Responsibilities (Growth Opportunity)
After the initial period, we plan to expand this role to include:
- Generating images using ChatGPT and Gemini
- Following structured prompts provided by us
- Reviewing generated images
- Fixing small visual or formatting issues
- Delivering final organized assets ready for publishing
Work Schedule
This is long-term, consistent work.
Initial phase:
- 2 to 4 hours per day
- 5 days per week
Expanded role:
- 3 to 6 hours per day total
- 5 days per week
