Habitat for Humanity Manitoba has an exciting opportunity for a Construction Project Coordinator to join its team.

We are a non-profit organization whose mission is to build safe, decent and affordable homes for purchase by low-income working families.

Reporting to the Director, Construction you will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative duties are performed in a timely manner to provide support to the construction team.

The Project Coordinator is the liaison between the accounting department and the construction department regarding the issuance of purchase orders and together with the Director, Construction,

The right person for this job will have a combination of the following skills and assets:

Possess an excellent understanding of the zoning, subdivision, variance and permitting processes from the City of Winnipeg
Solid background in residential house construction
Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fluid team environment
Highly organized and able to independently manage time and tasks
Hold a valid driver's license
