Experience is great but quality is better. Applicants must be responsible, organized, high energy and efficient cook and baker.


All applicants must have:

• Experience of personal cooking and baking
• Extensive knowledge and self starter
• Understand allergy friendly baking (gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free)

As a baker and cook at Mudsharks you will be preparing a variety of baked goods, and food items from our menu.

Complete training will be provided.

We offer a variety of goods that are Gluten Free and expect you to follow a protocol in the kitchen that allows us to remain as Celiac friendly as possible.

You will be working with the front of house staff in the kitchen as well, so your ability to work well with others and communicate is a major bonus.

Baking experience is good, but not vital. A love of cooking and the ability to plan your day in a fast paced environment is vital.

You will clean your space as you go and are not above spending some time doing dishes.
