- Monitor and controls the test unit(s)/ project(s), providing leadership and formulating team strategy,
- Implement the test strategy, design, execution and risk management to achieve missions and objectives.
- Provide guidance and direction, monitor and evaluate talent's performance, and identify opportunities for talent progression and promotion.
- Identify and plan necessary skills allocation and development, ensuring professionalism, productivity and effectiveness of test unit(s). Initiate development of training materials and tools and oversees the production of the work and workforce.
- Lead and manage testing engagements, including budget and resources, customer relationships, timelines, deliverables, quality and overall management, whether for a specific project or on an ongoing basis.
- Bachelor's degree in IT/ Computer science/ industrial engineering/ system analysis
- IT management experience in business transformation projects
- Experience in SW testing/ Testing tools & methodologies/ Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in Business development, proposal building and negotiations
- Experience in applying Test automation Framework tools and methodologies – for frontend and backend testing
- Experience in test documentation, test planning, and program level testing
- Defined Benefits experience/ knowledge is an asset
- Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be collaborating with resources outside the province of Quebec.
