Project Manager in our
Halifax branch.

full-time and, for a highly motivated professional, has tremendous growth opportunities. As a senior-level employee, you will provide big-picture assistance to the company and manage a portfolio of projects.

As a
Project Manager, you will be responsible to:

  • Oversee multiple construction projects that are varied in size and scope for a diverse set of clients;
  • Lead a project team that will manage schedules, resources, financials, and quality control through the project lifecycle;
  • Have an indepth understanding of the safety requirements of the job site and ensure protocols are properly followed;
  • Manage the daily oversight of all construction management efforts from proposal to project closeout;
  • Anticipate and address the needs of the project team and client;
  • Take a proactive and professional approach to problemsolving and have strong organizational skills;
  • Exceptional communication skills and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your Experience:


  • Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience in project management, change management, planning, and risk management;
  • Postsecondary diploma or degree in a related engineering, architectural, or construction management program;
  • Experience working with General Contractors and a solid understanding of project lifecycle;
  • AHC designation considered a strong asset;
  • Direct industry experience considered a strong asset;
  • CET and/or PMP (or similar) designations considered an asset.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability for selfmanagement of multiple simultaneous priorities or deadlines;
  • Ability to lead and inspire project teams to achieve excellence in project execution;
  • Proficiency with project management tools and related technology;
  • Creative problem solver who works in a professional manner;
  • Comfortable operating in a multiproject environment;
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues across our company, maintaining our closeknit, teamorientated culture.
