ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (FULL TIME)

Company Description:

Attix Pharmaceuticals is a service provider for licensed distributors in North America.

Our licensed distributors supply a full line of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), nutraceuticals, peptides, cosmetic ingredients, natural herbal extracts as well as specialty excipients.

Primary Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Customer Service
General Clerical duties including photocopying, faxing and mailing
Provide administrative support for sales representative team
Data entry using QuickBooks
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
Create all related documents for shipments (inbound and outbound)
Other duties as assigned

Qualification:

Applicants must be a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen
:

Minimum of 3 years experience in Administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Proficient with MS Excel and Word with strong keyboarding skills
Able to work effectively in a team environment
Highly organized and detail oriented
Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to multitask

Education:

University Degree

Entry Salary Range:
$38,000 - $45,000 per year based on experience, salary can be increased after probation based on performance.

Employee Benefit plan, and up to 10% annual performance bonus, prorated quarterly after completing probation.

Full Time Working Hours: 35 hours weekly, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
