We are looking for reliable, strong, mature assistant Manager to lead a lovely team in a fast paced environment on a small island, accross the water from downtown Kingston.

We are a hotel, with 3 venues, 12 rooms and an amazing music and arts scene.

The position requires a Jack of all restaurant trades, as it is a tourist destination and goes from zero to 100.

A hands on approach, knowledge of food and beverage, the ability to lead and great communication skills, is what is needed.

Great fun, kind people, Island life, and room to grow with this new business, is what we are offering. Compensation based on experience, plus gratuity from service. Yes you will be serving, on the floor. Evenings and weekends required. Part-time also available for the right individual, we will make it happen. Available immediately


Salary:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
