Description

We are looking for a new team member for our office:

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of personal lines experience
  • Positive and respectful attitude with both clients and coworkers
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) of products
  • Adaptable with proven problemsolving skills
  • Works well within a team as well as independently
  • License in good standing with the Alberta Insurance Council; level 2 licence preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while keeping customer service a priority
  • Experience in Power Broker is an asset

Responsibilities:


  • Review renewals and contact client for updates
  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers
  • Upsale & Cross Sale of products to new and existing clients
  • Build strong and positive relationships with assigned underwriters
  • Keeping current on industry changes, underwriting rules, and workflow processes
