Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the construction industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or concrete industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own a car.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Compensation:
This position is commission-based, with the potential for high earnings based on performance.

$65,276.00-$74,899.00 per year
