Job summary
The Manager Business Planning Operations is responsible for strategic planning and analysis for the broader EBT team and primary support for direction of Department head. This role will monitor the financial health of the EBT division and lead communications within the EBT team.Responsibilities
Overall Strategic Planning Analysis and Communication of EBT Divisions strategy and financial position Responsible for P L management of EBT Display Memory including current month 3CMF forecasting profit simulation annual Management Plan ensuring alignment with VP BM PM SCM manage CORES submissions Monitor manage report KPIs by creating a divisional dashboard on revenue local consolidated profit CGS Aging WOS other as deemed important by executive leadership Preparation of Presentations for meetings with Executive leadership GBM NAHQ other VIP Oversee report creation SECA senior management NA HQ in Korea all EBT products Manage identify trends with EBT financial data sales mix accounts P L overhead costs Lead HQ communications Management planning ad hoc quarterly meetings External communication Global Business Manager GBM Internal communication sales marketing management corporate functions divisions Primary support department head Sr Manager Business Operations Provide back up coverage member Business Operations team required Translating documents requests from Korean English Special projects Ad hoc requests periodic basis Manages annual business planning process Provide support Marketing PP creation invoice processing VERs updatesJob description
