Total Rewards Manager - Cambridge, Canada - ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc.

Primary Objective of Role:
Our Total Rewards team is looking for an experienced compensation professional who thrives in fast-paced high-growth environments, enjoys building and deploying employee programs, and effectively partners with internal stakeholders in HR & Finance as well as external third-party consultants.
Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards in Corporate HR, this dynamic role will lead compensation, equity, benefits, and retirement programs - playing an integral role in the design, delivery, and support of rewards programs globally.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Compensation
- Develop Global Job Architecture, Job Evaluation & Leveling structure framework in collaboration with Director of Total Rewards, internal HR stakeholders and thirdparty consultants. Manage Global Benchmarking, Salary Range Development & Survey Participation strategies.
- Equity & Long-Term Incentives
- Manage Global Long-Term Incentive Programs & Global Employee Share Purchase Program endtoend in collaboration with corporate finance and treasury teams including annual cycle planning, daytoday administration, program materials and project management of enhancements.
- Benefits & Retirement
- Global Plan Design, Coverage Evaluation, Benchmarking, and Cost Analysis with support from thirdparty consultants.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Post-Secondary Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or similar field required
- Global Renumeration Professional (GRP) and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or working towards considered an asset
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst, Human Resources Specialist, or similar role
- Experience with job evaluation and/or levelling, salary range development and benchmarking.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Employee data reports, budgeting, formulas, V-Lookups, pivot tables)
- Strong project management skills and experience initiating, planning, executing monitoring and closing projects collaboratively
- Confident presentation and communication abilities
- Experience and willingness to work in a large, complex and global environment where responsibilities and priorities may shift according to business needs
- Highly resilient, comfortable in a fastpaced environment and can calmly navigate change
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Exposure to acquisitions and highgrowth global organizations considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion and handle sensitive information
