    Technical Support Analyst

    • Monitor and analyze computer systems and networks performance
    • Assist users facing technical issues with computers
    • Research and implement solutions by referring to user guides and technical manuals
    • Offer advice and training to users to resolve identified problems
    • Maintain a log of problems and solutions for team reference
    • Participate in software redesign projects
    • Supervise technical support team members
    • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support
    • Set up equipment for employee use
    • Perform web-server backup and recovery operations


    • Experience required: 2-3 years
    • Work eligibility: Canadian citizen, permanent or temporary resident with valid Canadian work permit
