Job summary
We're looking for a System Design Authority to grow our team. The team is responsible for development of Lumentum's OCS product line addressing emerging market in AI/ML datacenter applications.The System Designer role is the technical leader for a multi-disciplinary product development team and the overall product design owner throughout its lifecycle. This involves elements of system engineering, technical risk identification and mitigation actively leading a broad multi-disciplinary team.
This is a critical role that involves wide exposure to Lumentum's internal technology sub-components and interacting with people throughout the company.
