Role description
Role responsibilities

Multimedia Content Creation: Design and develop multimedia elements for e-learning courses, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive simulations.

Visual Storytelling: Transform complex concepts and information into visually appealing and easily digestible content that enhances the learning experience.

Interactive Design: Create interactive learning modules, quizzes, and assessments to increase learner engagement and knowledge retention.

Media Editing: Edit and enhance existing multimedia assets, including audio and video recordings, to ensure high-quality e-learning materials.

Brand Consistency: Ensure that all multimedia content aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

Technology Integration: Stay up-to-date with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software to leverage the latest technologies and trends in e-learning design.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to ensure that multimedia elements function correctly within e-learning courses.

Project Management: Manage multimedia design projects, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively with the team.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in multimedia design for elearning or a related field.
- Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and elearning authoring tools.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design concepts to nondesign stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of eLearning authoring tools (Storyline, Rise, Etc).
- Experience with 2D and 3D animation development.
- Knowledge of SCORM and other elearning standards.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for interactive elearning design.
