Role description

Role responsibilities

Multimedia Content Creation: Design and develop multimedia elements for e-learning courses, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive simulations.

Visual Storytelling: Transform complex concepts and information into visually appealing and easily digestible content that enhances the learning experience.

Interactive Design: Create interactive learning modules, quizzes, and assessments to increase learner engagement and knowledge retention.

Media Editing: Edit and enhance existing multimedia assets, including audio and video recordings, to ensure high-quality e-learning materials.

Brand Consistency: Ensure that all multimedia content aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

Technology Integration: Stay up-to-date with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software to leverage the latest technologies and trends in e-learning design.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to ensure that multimedia elements function correctly within e-learning courses.

Project Management: Manage multimedia design projects, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively with the team.

Required skills and experience

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in multimedia design for elearning or a related field.
Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and elearning authoring tools.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design concepts to nondesign stakeholders.
Strong understanding of eLearning authoring tools (Storyline, Rise, Etc).
Experience with 2D and 3D animation development.
Knowledge of SCORM and other elearning standards.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for interactive elearning design.
