OPM has an incredible opportunity for a
Service Coordinator to join our South Surrey office who will provide support to service personnel performing on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills, who is a motivated self-starter who strives to exceed expectations and is a team player.

Reporting Structure:
The
Service Coordinator reports directly to the Service Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and coordinate service requests
- Prepare quotes based on technician problem reports
- Create work orders, purchase orders, and secure equipment when the job has been approved, track materials until ready for pickup
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Update equipment in Spectrum
- Update filters list, order monthly filters, and receive filter invoices
- Coordinate subtrades and deliveries with dispatch
- Reconcile invoices
- Follow up with unapproved quotes
- Track correspondence with suppliers and customers and perform follow up
- Create new service contract proposals, contracts, and invoicing of contracts
- Timecard entry for Service & Retrofit employees
Qualifications and Experience:
- 23 years of previous experience in a service department or similar environment
- Certificate or diploma in business or a related field is considered an asset
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook, & Excel)
