Job Summary
We are a growing IT company located in the heart of Yaletown. We specialize in developing medical software for doctors, hospitals and health authorities.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • serve as the first point of contact to troubleshoot, problem solve and provide technical assistance and support to users
- document, prioritize and monitor feedback, enhancements and other user requests€- test new or modified features and develop test plans to verify their functionality according to user requirements and testing guidelines
- work closely with the development team to ensure the delivery of quality solutions to users€- provide training and assistance to new and existing usersQualifications and Skills:

  • high aptitude to learn and use new custom computer software
- ability to understand the impact of issues on the business
- demonstrated business intelligence
- outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work professionally with users of varying levels of computer competency
- strong analytical skills for trouble shooting and problem solving
- proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities, including the ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of user correspondence from various sources
- strong verbal and written communication skills for clear articulation of issues and solutions€- familiarity with a testing regimen, development/testing environments, user-acceptance testing requirements


Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
