Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Full Cycle Accounting:Oversee the full cycle accounting process for our wholesale business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, Treasury, and general ledger management. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- **Balance Sheet Reconciliation**:Assist in the monthly review of key balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- **Cash Flow Forecast**: Prepare and maintain a centralized cash flow forecast outlook for each operating company within the organization. Monitor and analyze cash flow trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Centralized Floorplan Management**: Manage and optimize floorplan financing arrangements to support inventory needs and business operations.
- **Forecasting**:Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with operating companies to gather data and insights for accurate forecasts.
- **Monthly Review and Annual Budgeting**:Assist in the monthly financial review process and analyzing financial performance. Play a key role in the annual budgeting process, working with various teams to develop the budget.
- **Financial Compliance**:Ensure compliance with accounting principles, industry regulations, and internal financial policies. Assist in the annual financial audit process.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize financial software and tools proficiently to streamline processes and maintain accurate financial records. Adapt to different software platforms as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and senior management, to drive financial success.

Working Conditions

Some travel may be required.
Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
Willingness to work overtime as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
Proven experience (5 years+) in fullcycle accounting, financial analysis, and balance sheet reconciliation.
Strong knowledge of financial software and tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced work environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
