Our Advisor Alliance team is accountable for accelerating an innovative, efficient, and seamless experience for Advisors, empowering them to excel in Financial Services and Insurance.

Our professional, high performing team strives to provide an exceptional advisor experience by aligning the right organizational talent with the right work, supported by effective training, tools, and processes.


As the Manager, Advisor Experience you will be responsible to build and execute on strategies to improve overall advisor engagement.

You will build strong relationships with advisors, field and corporate leaders to build synergies and improve the experience of advisors and achieve organizational goals.


How you will create impact:


  • Building strategies to improve advisor satisfaction and engagement including communication, change management plans and implementing initiatives.
  • Leading and executing on various projects including mental health strategy and IDEA strategy.
  • Monitoring advisor engagement and leading action plans to improve engagement.
  • Collaborating with advisors and field staffs to develop solutions with various business partners to build action plans for business processes, systems, products and underwriting.
  • Organizing forums with advisors and corporate leaders to enable collaboration.
  • Coaching and developing your team, recruiting and selecting talent, managing and rewarding performance, and fostering an agile culture to deliver on strategic objectives.

To join our team:


  • You have 10 years of experience in Insurance or in a related field.
  • You have a postsecondary degree in Business Administration, Project Management or in a related discipline.
  • You have strong knowledge of Insurance sales and Change Management strategies.
  • Having the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Prosci Change Management certifications is an asset.
