• Develop leads, identify customer needs and sell appropriate home and auto insurance solutions
• Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service
• Respond to inquiries in the areas of coverage, claims and billing
• Complete policy updates and changes
• Work with the agent to establish and meet personal and office goals

• Outside sales or service experience current OTL or RIBO license would be an asset but is not required
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills written, verbal and listening
• Proactive in problemsolving

• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
