    Job Description

    As a Project Administrator you will process complex orders and maintain the project status for the entire phase of the project. This includes planning, control, execution, shipment, invoicing, and customer records. You order details with different personnel and departments and potentially resolve matters regarding order status, shipping dates, pricing, product availability and shipments. You support project management, engineering, assembly, purchasing, and finance personnel in the project lifecycle and the impact to their tasks. You will report to the Team Leader, Project Administration and be fully remote, working anywhere in Canada.

    Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond with urgency to internal and external customer requests for information and assistance
  • Responsible for monitoring timeliness of customer invoicing and payment
  • Responsible for meeting schedule, project administration hours and customer satisfaction targets for own activities in support of the project team
  • The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED and Technical School Work or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the Canada without sponsorship now or in the future. Rockwell Automation will not offer sponsorship for this position
  • The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to travel throughout the region/assigned territory, with flexibility to work overtime, on-call and weekends, as required
  • Enjoys supporting customer needs
  • Knowledge of Rockwell Automation products, example Low Voltage Drives, HMIs, Small and Large controllers
  • Follows all company safety procedures and guidelines to protect yourself and others
