Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and minimum 3 years experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure effective communication and execution of project plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers to ensure project timelines are met.
• Review blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and tracking expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and documentation.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
• Prepare reports on project status, including timelines, budgets, and any necessary adjustments.
• Ensure all materials are ordered and delivered on time to maintain workflow efficiency.

Skills

• Proficient in construction estimating and budgeting practices.
• Experience with construction management software, particularly ProCore and Bluebeam.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for effective project execution.
• Proven ability in quality control processes within the construction industry.
• Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team leadership and collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during the construction process.
