Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inventory, moving products, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This role requires physical stamina, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate equipment such as forklifts. Prior warehouse experience and commercial driving skills are a plus. The Warehouse Worker plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Moving and organizing inventory within the warehouse using proper techniques and equipment
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading shipments, ensuring accurate receipt and dispatch of goods
• Assisting with inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock records
• Communicating effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Providing excellent customer service when interacting with delivery drivers or clients on-site
• Performing heavy lifting as required to handle products or materials safely
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to promote safety and efficiency
• Crane truck for cased glass
• Sheet truck for loose glass sheets
• Safely load and unload glass materials at customer sites
• Operate the crane truck (experience preferred; training available)

Experience

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Experience operating forklifts or commercial driving is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and inventory management systems is beneficial
• Physical ability to move, lift, and carry items as needed in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 Driver's License (required)
• Experience operating a truck‑mounted crane is an asset (willing to train the right candidate)
• Comfortable working with glass and handling fragile materials with care
• Physically capable of warehouse and delivery work
• Strong safety awareness
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
