The Opportunity:
The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for providing day-to-day support and guidance within all HR Functions


This includes:

  • Act as the first point of contact on HR queries.
  • Lead the work required to set up, implement and manage a workforce planning process which enables the organization to assess future needs. Collaborate with management to establish current and future workforce plans, including skills gaps, and plan ways in which these gaps can be addressed through professional development, succession planning, promotions, transfers or via recruitment.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals
  • Lead internal investigation and recommend solutions for employee relations issues

What You Will Bring to The Role:3 bullets of main qualifications

  • Postsecondary education in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Three to five years' experience in an administrative and/or human resources role
  • Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation preferred
  • Registered Professional Recruiter Designation an asset
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered
