Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to be responsible for assisting in managing operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience.
The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.Responsibilities
- Manage daytoday operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Manage cost of operations in concert with the General Manager
- Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Scheduling, shift planning, team support
- Report to ownership regarding sales results and productivity
Requirements:
- Proven Management experience
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Ability to delegate and multi task
- Communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage personnel
- Guestoriented and serviceminded
Salary:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
