Description
Bobcat of Tri Cities is currently seeking an additional parts Clerk to join our team for our Kitchener location.

Customer facing, handling transactions, looking up parts, ordering & stocking parts, and sourcing are just some of the required duties for this role.

A strong work ethic, and a good understanding of computer software is an asset for this role. Parts and retail experience is preferred


Below are some of the duties and requirements for this role:

  • Look up parts online & utilize internal software system
  • Answer and handle customer inquiries
  • Order stock & customer parts as needed
  • Receive parts and restock shelves as needed
  • Process incoming customer requisitions
  • Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use
  • Ship parts as needed
  • Load/unload parts trucks as needed
  • Prepare requisition order to replenish parts & supplies
  • Maintain records on a inventory control system
  • Handle cash & credit transactions
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls & messages
  • Work closely with mechanics and fill work orders with parts
  • Keep a clean work station/work place
  • Unload/Unpack incoming parts, supplies and materials
  • Weekly reporting
  • Inventory audits (weekly/monthly)
