Indigo Park is currently seeking customer service motivated professionals to join our team at the Calgary International Airport in the position of Call Centre Agent.

What Would You Be Doing?

  • Assist passengers/customers via telephone and intercom, with any type of parking and payment issues of all parking lots including employee lots
  • Answer calls of general inquiries (i


e:

rates, garage heights)

  • Answer calls from emergency stations
  • Track equipment station issues
  • Conduct license plate searches for lost tickets
  • Communicate directly and empathetically to alleviate timesensitive passengers/customer's inquiries
  • Dispatch Enforcement Officers to assist passengers/customers for a vehicle boost
  • Monitor queues and operational ticketing processes using internal tools and systems to ensure smooth functioning and successful ticketing in and out parking
  • Triage appropriately by using good judgment, to accelerate incident resolution while balancing competing priorities
  • Observe security monitors to detect parking or property crimes
  • Observe security monitors to assist airport security for possible potential breach of public safety
