As the Graphics Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Graphics Production Team which produces the graphics for trade shows, museums, retail, and branded environments.

You'll work with a seasoned team of Graphics Production Coordinators ensuring production is executed in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

You will also have a portfolio of your own projects

A typical day:

Managing production workflow and assigning work to the team.
Working with Account Managers/Project Managers and clients, advising on production treatments.
Managing resources to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Sourcing and managing all graphics production vendors
Managing overflow and hiring subcontractors as necessary.

Who we are looking for:

Postsecondary degree/diploma
5+ years of graphics production experience
Experience leading a graphics production team preferably in an agency or an agencylike environment servicing multiple external or internal clients.
Proven track record in an extremely high pressure and fast paced working environment.
Experience with current graphics techniques for events, exhibits and tradeshows
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Willingness to do whatever needs to be done to get it right.
Values working as part of a team and working collaboratively.
