Job summary
The case manager will provide direct support to the tenants to ensure financial supports are in place, access to health and mental health services, food bank services,community supports and access to adult education programs as well as other supports that may be required.
The case managers will play an active role within the program to facilitate meetings and provide in-house workshops and training.
