Role Summary
Cyderes is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our organization.

Reporting to the Vice President of HR, the HRBP provides in-depth HR support to designated business units and aligns corporate objectives with employees and management across those departments.

The HRBP acts as a consultant on strategic issues and works to implement high performing, integrated human resources practices.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with line management & leadership group as needed, answering questions and providing HR guidance where appropriate.
  • Analyzes patterns and metrics in partnership with the wider HR team to develop solutions, programs and/or policies as required.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to daily management of employees, reducing legal exposure and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department and wider HR team as needed.
  • Provides daytoday performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) as needed.
  • Works closely with managers and employees to assist in improving work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to employees where appropriate.
  • Advises on contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers on an as needed basis in partnership with the Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards teams.
  • Ability to work onsite at our Orlando, FL or Kansas City, MO or Toronto, Canada office 23 days a week.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of handson HR Business Partner or Generalist experience, including resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Experience influencing and advising executive leadership on talent and employment matters
  • Experience with people data analytics; ability to influence with data
  • Ability to coach leaders on personal and team development
  • Ability to prioritize workload and selfmanage projects; demonstrates initiative and manages multiple, competing priorities
  • Experience providing HR business partner support to engineering, technical, and/or design teams
  • Experience designing and deploying HR systems and processes
  • Experience with core HR domains, including performance management, organizational design, talent management, compensation, and employee relations
  • You have experience working and supporting a Global team
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • CHRP or CHRL designation.
