InBalance Wellness Care is a well-established NUCCA Chiropractic & Massage Therapy clinic in central Port Moody. Our modern clinic provides ample space for social distancing of staff and clients.


We pride ourselves on the comfortable, supportive, and professional workplace atmosphere at our clinic, and are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment with strong multi-tasking/organizational and customer service skills.


This position is Part-Time:


Required Skills/Attributes:


  • Outgoing, friendly, adaptable, efficient, mature
  • Exceptional customer service & conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational/multitasking skills
  • Works well independently & within a team environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous MOA experience or MOA certificate an asset but not required
  • Experience in the Health/Wellness industry an asset but not required
  • Knowledge of Word/Excel and MAC operating system beneficial
  • Knowledge of JaneApp (online booking & billing system) and experience in billing thirdparty insurance companies beneficial

Certification/Education:
Medical Office Assistant (preferred but not required)


Language:
Fluent English (required)


Experience:
Office administration/receptionist, 1 year (preferred)

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Staff/patients required to complete a pre-screening survey prior to entering inBalance and wear a mask while in the clinic. Staggered schedule to minimize the number of patients in the common area. Each room has a strict capacity/cleaning protocol.
