BRC is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our extraordinary and growing Marketing department. BRC is a modern office furniture manufacturer focused on creating meaningful and inspirational workplace experiences.

As a Product Specifier you will have the opportunity to work with BRC's motivated and engaging Team, where inclusivity, diversity, and positive work experiences is our top priority.

The Product Specifier under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Communications will be responsible for a variety of marketing initiatives including the creation of 3D renderings, 3D floorplans, installation videos and visuals, price books, website typicals, and any other promotional materials as required.

The Product Specifier will primarily be responsible for executing marketing campaign tactics for all BRC and Tayco products.

They will be expected to use their graphic design skills to create and/or enhance all marketing collateral and will have the ability to become well versed in all of BRC and Tayco (BRC's affiliate company) product offerings.

They will have the opportunity to excel in all areas of 3D design, space planning, and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and creating all tooney and photoreal renderings for marketing materials
Coordinating and instructing third party renderers as required
Assisting the Director of Marketing and Communication with maintaining photoshoot and rendering budget for both BRC and Tayco
Works with Marketing Team to determine applicable layouts, fabrics and finishes for website typicals and promotional materials
Develops all toony renderings, 3D floor plans for both BRC and Tayco websites and bids as needed
Coordinates all requested price book changes and maintains all Tayco and BRC ordering materials including but not limited to price books, sales sheets and website typicals.
Involvement in new product development as required to develop a strong understanding of product installation

Requirements:

University degree or equivalent in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, or equivalent.
4 years' experience with design functions in commercial furnishing manufacturing or related industries
Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Robust knowledge of space planning and rendering development programs

- including AutoCad, Solidworks, Giza 2020, Visual Impressions or other similar programming

Understanding of components and install for commercial furnishing manufacturing products is considered an assets
Is a problem solver with the ability to work independently as well as in a group setting
High attention to detail and quality standards.
Ability to work well with others and take direction and criticism in a positive manner.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule and is available to come into the office as required.
